KEL 291 An aerial photograph shows the "Kimes Site" proposed location for CSI. The Snake River Canyon stretches across the top of the view, and Blue Lakes Blvd. runs down the center of the image. Costco, Buttrey's, Tempo, and Me-n-Ed's Pizza sit on Blue Lakes Blvd. near a large parking lot. The intersection of Falls Ave. and Blue Lakes Blvd. is towards the top of the image, with a small part of the current CSI site in the top left corner.
