Description

From left to right, County Commissioners Heber Loughmiller, Morris Carlson, and Maurice Klaas break the ground for the new Sky View Manor addition. The new $50,000 addition will contain 19 beds, a dining room, and a laundry room, and will be constructed of brick. Mr. Carlson, dressed in a sweater, pants, tie, and cowboy hat, digs a spade into the ground near the marker stake while the other two men watch. A truck is on the side of the lot, and a house is visible in the background.
