CAP Captain Susan Shaw and Captain Clyde N. Carlson sit on a couch and look over a manila folder of plans for special activities. Capt. Shaw is Idaho Wing Information officer for the CAP and Capt. Carlson is deputy for training of the wing. Together they arrange the international and inter-regional tours awarded to outstanding cadets. They are dressed in their Civil Air Patrol uniforms. Capt.
