Linda Wilson and Fredrick Coggburn had the opportunity of making extensive tours of the Southwest and Great Britain, sponsored by the special activities program of the Civil Air Patrol. Both are seniors at Twin Falls High School. They are dressed in their CAP uniforms. Linda Wilson is wearing tags that read "Cadet Civil Air Patrol" and "Wilson." Fredrick Coggburn is wearing a jacket that has "United States Civil Air Patrol" embroidered on it.
