Standing behind a new DEK Photo Recorder are from left to right, Christ Rouseff, president of the DEK Processing Company; E. R. Hopper, commissioner at the Department of Law Enforcement; Sheriff Theo Johnson, Minidoka County; and Sheriff James Benham, Twin Falls County. The photo recorders were demonstrated to about thirty representatives of driver license bureaus of nine counties at the American Legion Hall in Twin Falls. Christ Rouseff and E. R. Hopper are dressed in suits and ties while the sheriffs wear their uniforms. The camera is on a desk, and beside it are papers and an ashtray. Chairs surround the desk. A painting hangs on the back wall.
