Immediate past exalted ruler of Lewiston BPOE No. 809 Art Swanson, right, presents sixty pounds of elk hides valued at $250 for the Elks Rehabilitation Center in Boise to Dick Williams, Elks Idaho Rehabilitation Center administrator, center, and Chester Stahl, left, during a BPOE convention held in Twin Falls. The hides were collected by the Lewiston Lodge nnd will be used as basic material in physical therapy projects by
