A group of city officials are seated at a large dining table at a Christmas party at the Blue Lakes Country Club. Standing is Commissioner C. E. McIntyre, who assists Mrs. McIntyre into her chair. Seated to her right is commissioner John Flatt. The table is covered in a white table cloth, and on the table are tea pots, tea cups, saucers, silverware, glasses, wine glasses, and napkins. In the background, behind a banister covered in Christmas decorations, is a rock fireplace. Candy canes hang off the sculpture, and a nativity set is placed underneath an overhang in the rock face. The three men are wearing suits and ties and the two women are wearing dresses.
