Merrill, Mrs. Victor Fletcher, and Mrs. Rex Harris receive an education award from the Shell Oil Company at a state meeting of the Idaho Federation of Women's Clubs convention held in Twin Falls. The four women hold a framed certificate reading "General Federation of Women's Clubs Shell Oil Company Education Program 1964 Award of Achievement, Idaho Falls Women's Club, Idaho Falls, Idaho, For its outstanding program of helping young people in its community to further their education." Mrs. Fletcher holds a $500 check.
