Displaying a quilt made by Morningside Club members in 1928 are, from left to right, Mrs. Farrell Peterson and baby daughter, Maria, and Mrs. Anthony Federico. Each block of the friendship quilt is embroidered with a club member's name. Visible names include "Nell Coctane," "Mae Smock," "Almeda Smock," "Dorothea Portgier," "Birdie Porter," and "Bird McCormick." The names "Ella" and "Verna" are also visible, but the last names are not. In the corner a table with a lace table cloth and plates and cups is visible. In the background is a poster board covered in photographs, and a framed photo of a group of people looking at a book.
