Mrs. A. S. Hanson stands in front of a display in the Church of the Brethren at the United Church Women's May Fellowship luncheon. She holds several spools of thread and some cloth. On the wall behind her, posters read "Migrant Ministry," "Will you volunteer? Ladies are urgently needed to cut patterns, distribute material, etc. in the Twin Falls Labor Camp Sewing Room. If you can assist please register your name. Thank you," "Enough if something from our hands have power to live, and act, and serve the future hour," "Pride and humiliation hand in hand walked with them through the world," "For you are all one in Jesus Christ," and "Whatever makes men good Christians, makes them good citizens." The display shows illustrations of women cutting cloth and sewing, and a placard reads "You can help! You can donate material, needles, thread, yarns, pins, patterns, etc. Please register your name. Thank you." Several books are on the display table.
