Guest speaker Mrs. Esther Allred, a custom hat designer, spoke on hat making techniques and described many of the latest fashions at the Welcome Wagon Newcomers Club luncheon meeting held at the Depot Grill Caboose room. Mrs. Allred stands behind a microphone, and there is a box and several hats sitting on a table beside her. She holds up a hat, displaying it as she speaks.
